We’re Hiring! Part-Time Influencer Campaign Manager

Love reading blogs, following your favorite influencers on Instagram and working in the food, health and wellness space? Wellevation HQ is seeking a remote, part-time influencer campaign manager to manage the brand partnerships that our roster of influencers are working on. This role will report to the co-founders, but interact directly with our roster of talent as well as brand and agency contacts.

Roles and Responsibilities: This position will manage everything for the partnership after the contract is signed.

• Organize partnerships in Asana to track all deliverables and deadlines
• Communicate key information between brand and influencer and manage potential delays or shifts in timeline
• Review content from influencer to ensure adherence to brand requests and/or brief
• Manage expectations between brand and influencer and problem solve any issues that arise or requests that are out of scope
• Upon completion, provide full report of partnership
• Relay information to WHQ team about the success and/or areas for improvement in the partnership to help determine next steps 
• Overall, represent our business with a high level of professionalism through top notch customer service and prompt communication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
• 2+ years of experience with a brand or agency (CPG experience preferred)
• Experience working with influencers and running campaigns
• Knowledge of the social media and influencer marketing world
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously
• Great project management and organizational skills
• Comfortable with problem solving independently to find solutions that work for everyone
• Ability to communicate diplomatically with internal and external clients

This position will be 5 – 10 hours per week and will be paid at an hourly rate.
